On September 7th, 2019 at Katz Park in Dekalb, Clark and his family and friends will be hosting a kickball tournament to raise money and awareness for Pelizaeus-Merzbacher's Disease and other Leukodystrophies.

At 11 months of age, Clark was diagnosed with PMD through genetic testing. This leukodystrophy, like many others, is so rare that the critical research and treatment of symptoms is not well known or funded in the medical field.

This event was created so Clark and his fellow warriors can continue to raise awareness and support for these rare diseases.

Once registered, all kickball teams are encouraged to have friends and family donate and specify the team name they are supporting. The team who gets the most donations through this site will receive a prize! T-shirts provided to all team members listed on the team registration ticket (up to 12 team members per team).
